It really gets hot in Nagpur during summers and every year the temperature soars till 40 - 45 degrees. March 2017 was the hottest when compared to the last 13 years.
And it doesn't seem that the situation will change any sooner.
Even traveling becomes a pain during these days plus the crowd makes it even worse.
So to give passengers, some respite from the deadly heat, officials at Nagpur railway station have installed misting coolers on the platforms one, two and three.
These misting coolers spray tiny droplets of water through nozzles from the top to cool down the temperature.
