Qadri constructed a replica of 17th century’s iconic monument in 2011 in Kaser Kalan village in Uttar Pradesh.

Qadri married his love Tajamulli in 1953 and spent a happy life. They didn’t have any children and when Tajamulli expressed her sorrow, that after their death their names will vanish with then, Qadri promised her that he will build a tomb in the center of their farm so that their love will be remembered by people even after their death.

When Tajamulli died due to throat cancer in 2011, Qadri, as promised to his beloved wife, devoted all his finances in setting up this tomb to personify his love for her.

Qadri had spent over Rs 14 lakh to build this tomb, which includes provident fund and gratuity.

Many people offered Qadri money to build the tomb but he refused and said, "This is my personal endeavor for my late wife and embodies my love for her. So I should do this on my own".

Qadri was also offered financial support by UP CM Akhilesh Yadav but Qadri refused.
