What is the first thing you would do after you’ve been pulled over by cops? Well, the obvious answer would be to surrender or somehow try to escape (little chance of succeeding there). But, this guy didn’t choose any of these options. Instead what he did is just something bizarre and hilarious.

This is the moment where the suspect who led the cops on a 32-kilometer long chase in Houston, Texas started dancing (spinning, whirling, twirling) before being arrested. Take a look:

According to ABC News 13, the cops initially stopped the 25-year-old man for a traffic rule violation. While talking to the officer, the suspect sped off and started heading to the south side of the town. Thus, began the long chase. After a while, the police caught back up with him and that’s when things got interesting.

At first, the suspect refused to get out of the car. He got out only after the officers started to shout instructions at him using a loudspeaker (and one officer pointed a gun at him). The man eventually got out and started to dance, with his arms up in the air, in the middle of the street, declining to get down on the ground and be handcuffed.

After a few moments of watching the gyrating suspect, the cops released a K-9 unit (police dog) to take him down. The officials said that they sent the dog because they were worried the suspect might escape. He was later evaluated by the paramedics but only suffered minor injuries.

The suspect has been taken into custody and has been charged with felony evading.
