His way of lifting people out of poverty is very innovative as he does not believe in charity as we traditionally do. He asks people not to give something to the poor but empower them so that they can look after their problems themselves.

Citing numbers and assuring that they are correct since his wife said so, he puts forth a great appeal and makes us re-think about how we can treat our poor.
