Shah Rukh Khan To Be The Host Of The Hindi Version of Ted Talks

According to the media reports, the pilot of the show has already been shot.

A very popular and influential talk series is coming to India in Hindi titled ''TED Talks India: Nayi Soch,'', and Badshah of Bollywood Shah Rukh Khan himself is going to be the host.

The format of the show will remain the same and the duration of each talk will be 18 minutes. SRK will be seen introducing the speaker and engaging with them, before and after the talks. The show will go on air, this summer.

SRK was also the host for quiz shows like Kaun Banega Crorepati, Kya Aap Paanchvi Pass Se Tez Hain? , in the past.

The makers of TED, which stands for Technology, Entertainment, and Design, are keeping the precise launch date and haven't revealed the names of first speakers. According to media reports, the pilot of the show has already been shot.

In a report published by The Hollywood Reporter, Shah Rukh Khan said, “TED’s unequivocal drive to showcase simple but unique ideas in an effort to spark debate and conversation are a very powerful combination. I believe TED Talks India: Nayi Soch will inspire many minds across India. It is a concept I connected with instantly, as I believe that the media is perhaps the single most powerful vehicle to inspire change.”
