Bollywood has started a pretty good initiative by making films on real life heroes, who deserve their stories to be told on the big screen. And these kinds of heroes also deserve a royalty for sharing their personal experiences in their journey.

Recently, Salman Khan’s Sultan hit the theatres and is doing a brisk business. But it has been reported that the real Sultan, Mohammad Sabir Ansari alias Sabir Baba on whose life the movie is based, has lodged a complaint case against Bollywood superstar Salman Khan, Anushka Sharma and film director Ali Zafar Abbas.
On July 8, Mohammad Sabir Ansari from Muzaffarpur filed a case in the chief judicial magistrate’s court that Salman Khan had promised to give him Rs. 20 crore as royalty for making a film based on his life.

Reportedly, Sabir Ansari had narrated his life events to Salman Khan in Mumbai in 2010 and the actor then promised a royalty of Rs 20 crore for the rights to the story.
CJM, Muzaffarpur, Ram Chandra Prasad has transferred the court hearing to July 26. The case has been filed under many sections of IPC including Sections 420, 406, 504, and 506.
