According to Dr. David Lewis-Hodgson of Mindlab International who carried out his research on some participants of connecting them to sensors and making them solve puzzles. When the mind was stressed enough with the puzzles, each participant was given a different kind of music to relax. The researchers measured their brain activity as well as physiological states which included heart rate, blood pressure, and rate of breathing.
On conclusion of the study, the scientists compiled a playlist of 10 songs that work the best.
