So, if you are thinking, with all your candid photos and selfies with anything and everything, you are the coolest kid in town, it’s time we broke that little bubble you are living in.
Meet Kimiko Nishimoto, this 89-year-old grandma from Japan has been clicking hilarious self-portraits and editing them for the last 17 years.
Her cool and out of the box photos will give even obsessive Instagrammers some serious inferiority complex!
What started out as something to pass time 17 years ago, soon made her realize that she actually had a knack for photography.
She did not stop at just clicking photos, she decided to develop this skill and 10 years later, she had her first solo exhibition in a museum in her hometown Kumamoto. Not just that, now she's about to have her work exhibited at Tokyo’s Epson Epsite imaging gallery this December. Titled “Asobokane”, which means "let's play" - the exhibition will feature previously unseen work from the octogenarian artist.
Here are some of her photos:
Some swag she has!
Now that's how you enjoy a beer!
