The Harry Potter saga is and will be etched forever in the hearts of readers and cinema-lovers alike for eons to come. The devoted fan-following for the beloved series helped the spin-off stage play, Harry Potter and The Cursed Child and its book-form script reach new heights of success upon its release last month.

The movie series has grossed north of $7 billion dollars in international grosses and is the second-most successful movie series of all time.
It was no wonder then that Warner Bros. has decided to adapt Harry Potter and The Cursed Child into a movie. They have begun securing the screenplay and other trademark rights for the same and have also approached who else but Daniel Radcliffe to reprise his role of the Boy Wizard.
There’s one small glitch in the proceedings though, and that’s Radcliffe himself. The actor has often voiced his intention to not return to the role ever again and seeing as how his movie-career as well as his stint on and off-Broadway is going, Warner Bros. will have a lot of a persuasion to do.
The next movie in the Harry Potter universe will be Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them which will hit theatres later this year.
