Conjoined Brothers In Court Against Each Other Over Masturbation

Born together, joined at waist and facing each other, Alfred and Wilbert Peterson have spent their entire life with this way. Both have their separate arms, legs and heart but share a lower digestive tract and a penis.

The penis though has now become a subject of conflict between the brothers. Alfred has indicted his brother Wilbert to stop him from masturbating.

Alfred has accused his brother of continuously playing with the penis without his consent. He says, “He keeps playing with our penis without my consent. That’s legally a sexual assault!”

Alfred levied accusations against his brother for suffering from insomnia and post-traumatic syndrome due to his masturbating habits.

He said wakes up at night to catch his brother masturbating. He added, ““He keeps playing with our penis without my consent. That’s legally a sexual assault!”

Wilbert on the other hand, refutes all claims made by his brother also saying he has the right to masturbate and has done nothing wrong.On accusations of causing insomnia, Wilbert explained that he had wait for his  brother to sleep, knowing he would not allow him to masturbate.

Michael Gallagher, Wilbert’s counsel said the trial threatens to take away his clients’ basic human right and also "the sexuality of all conjoined twins".

The court proceedings took place this morning in Flint, Michigan where the took brothers were facing each other in a specially adapted courtroom. The one -of-a-kind case was covered by dozens of reporters. The result will clarify judiciary's stand on legal issues relating to the sexuality of conjoined twins.

Presently, there is no law in the state which purposefully guides on how to undergo decision on such special cases. California being the only state in the US to have a law on sexuality of conjoined twins. The law was created back in 2011.
