Hacksaw Ridge tells the story of Andrew Garfield’s Desmond Doss, a conscientious collaborator and Army medic who refused to bear arms during World War II, but ended up saving 75 men during the bloodiest battle of the war without firing a single bullet.

The trailer looks kind of incredible and with the movie set to premiere at the prestigious Venice Film Festival, let’s hope the movie stands up to the expectations.
